#1. The video showed the daily life between an average kid and a poor kid and what are the differences and similarities. It showed things like while the average kid was painting a picture in school, the poor kid was painting glue onto a shoe in a factory

#2. The video make me think about all the things I have and while I'm, enjoying all of those things, the kids that made them are still sad and have nothing. It also makes me feel guilty that I didn't even think about all of the hard work to make all of my stuff.

#3. I am just like the average kid in the video. I enjoy most of the things I have, I have proper food, proper clothes, and more, but I rarely even think about all the effort it takes to make all of my things.

#4. I think that the lyric "I am all the days that you choose to know" stood out to me because it's actually true, all the good days that I have are only the days that the poor kids dream of having.

#5. At the end there was a statement and I don't know any music videos that say something at the. The thing that it said at the end was "some things cost more than you realise" since the pair of shoes were probably only $30, if you knew how much work was put into making that shoe it should have been millions of dollars.

#6. The quote meant that we should put more respect into the things we have instead of taking them for granted. The kids that made them put all the effort they have into making the item.

#7. Any simple thing like a shirt, we must put more respect into it because the people that made the shirt should probably would have been devistated that you weren't putting respect into it since they put all their effort into it.

1.This video shows a split screen of 2 kids , 1 in North America the other one in China or some other Asian countries. The kid in america have a good bed while the other kid sleeps with others on the floor. The kid brushes his teeth while the other kid uses a bucket of water other people used. The kid on the left goes to school and have fun while the other one have to work all day. The kid on left eats good food while the kid on the left eats barely anything. In the end the kid on left took of his shoes and the kid on right makes one , so I guesse it's the same one.It shows how 1 kid could be happy while the other is unhappy.
2.It makes me think about child labour in countries , I wonder why they need to enslave a child to do the work, there are many people who don't have a job and want one.Children who is enslaved have to work all day without getting money and eats barely anything.
3.I go to school and get's food and a bed everyday , but the other kid don't have anything. I see myself closer to the left side.
4.No lyrics stood out to me, I just wathced the video because I was watching the stunning video. All I need stood out , I think it means that the child on the left needed so many things : Cloths , paper , marker ,shoes , food , home and so on , but the kid on the right only needs a little food and the cloths, there is a big difference of what they need , while the kid on left might want a video game console while the kid on left only wants some food.
5.In the end , the sign of EXIT apperend, usuallt a video is made to entertain but this video is to tell people to help the organization. This video has more value and meaning than other ones because it might acturally help the kid on the right to become more like the kid on left.
6.We thought the shoes only cost 10 dollars , but it costed the kid's freedom and future , without education , that kid will keep on being enslaved while with education , he could go to Canada and have the same life as the kid on the left. The kid's freedom and future costs more than 10 dollars.
7. Another example is for example gasonline , it only costs 1 dollar. But really , it's costing lives , it pollutes the air and kill animals and pollute the air and heat up the Earth. Our future generations will have a hard time living and won't be able to see animals.

1.This video shows two differnt, people living in two diffent lives, like when the kid on the left was sleeping the a soft bed, while the kid on the right was sleeping on a hard rough floor, also there was this other part when the kid A was eating breakfast, while the kid B, skipped breakfast and was hard working on this shoe.

2.This music video makes me think that I should treat my things with respect, because in the video the kid B was working really hard on this shoe, and now I kinda feel realy bad when I make my shoes dirty.

3.When I related the kid B to my life i feel really lucky that I have a home and a really soft bed too, and food and a home.

4.I kinda wasn't listening to the lyrircs, because i was only paying atenion to the boy making the shoes.

5.In the end of this music video is that both boys were putting down shoes, but boy A was wearing them and then taking them off, while boy B was making the shoes. usally in every music video they don't put these kind of videos.

6.I think that quote was on, because even though the shoe for the A boy didn't think that the shoe coast alot, the boy B think it coast alot, because he worked soooooooooooooooooooooooo hard on the shoe.

7.I think rice is coast more than i think, because famers work really really really really really really really hard on picking rice out of the grass thing and sorting them, and iI think it causes them back pain.

1.The video showed 2 different ways of life (the hard way and the easy way). The boy on the left was just a normal kid going through his daily life and the boy on the right was providing it for him.
2.This video makes me think about all the things in life I complain about when I don't need to be stuck in some place making shoes for a living.
Why are there rich people and poor people in life?I find it to be really unfair. We should all live in a world where everyone is equal.
3.I usually go through the same things as him without realizing how it all happens.
4.I kind of only heard "all I need " and it made me think about all the things that I'm thankful for.At first, I didn't know what it meant, but when I looked at the video, I understood it.
5.In other videos, the messages are kind of hidden, but in this video, they make sure you heard, saw and experienced what they were showing.
6.The kid on the left just goes through his daily life not knowing about other more unfortunate kids and if he knew about them, he would probably be a much different person.
The quote obviously means that things cost more than you realize, but most people don't know that. For example, the kid on the right.
7.I think that school costs more than you realize, sports, books, food, clothes and a lot more things you experience in your everyday life, but you just don't know.....

1. The two screens show a normal boy and then a less fortunate. It shows how much one person works just to make a shoe. On the left a normal boy isnt appreciating it and is mistreating the work.
2. This video makes me feel guilty about all the things I have which I dont treat well. For example you know when you just slip your foot into a shoe youre abusing that work. Or when you pour too much cream in your hand and you have to wash away some. What kind of efforts go into making cream!?
3. Im like the boy on the left I seem to be taking some things for granted. Throwing away food once in a while, kicking off shoes wasting water, I am like any other kid and Im not appreciating hard work.
4. I like the lyric "youre all I need". It sort of tells me about those people who whine if they dont have cool shoes. I mean, c'mon at least you have feet.
5. This was much more than entertainment. Unlike other videos this has a clear messake with proof. You can easily relate to this song too unlike the gang related songs. This song is also more than a song it is a message which is why a group like radiohead joined up with MTV.
6. When they say cost more they dont mean the money. They mean the time and effort. You saw the video this is an average kid eating at recess learning coloring. Then there is another kid eating a small meal working and pasting soles of shoes.
7. I watched on discovery how baseball bats are made. It takes a lot of time. It takes about 3 days to carve it fix it up give it the right weight everthing! Now you see even pros just throwing their bats when they get the walk. These guys are role models and look at them! Then gym pants too. I rip some and then my mom yells at me for the cost. Now it costs even more than what my mom scolds me for. Every stich can take so long.

1. The video describes the child labourers in Indonesia and all the people who think that little kids can work and that adults should teach them and relax.
2. It makes me feel so guilty that whenever I have to buy another shoe I have to make another kid work and make another shoe.
3.Connections i can connect to is that the boy on the left is not poor and continues a normal life like going to school, watching T.V. and eating lunch and breakfast like me.
4. Since i cannot make out any words in the song,I will talk about the title. The title is all i need, which is trying to say all the rich people donted atleast $1000 then no kid would have to live and work in a factory making things.
5. What appeared is that the group Radiohead joined a MTV group and in that group they try to make music that actually means something and not just try to make music. They joined the MTV group because almost everybody watches a few songs so this song could go global and so everybody thinks about. So at the end they told everybody this is a special cause so it is very important to let everybody listen.
6. It is about that since lets say you buy a shoe that is $20. People would think it is pretty exspensive so it costs more than just $20 to make. It takes a kid who is poor and needs money so he spends his good time working.
7. A example is that a few months ago in India a bust happend for child labour issues. It was a tommy hilfiger factory and kids were forced to make shirts.

1.The video was about these 2 boys who have 2 different lifes. The boy on the left has an okay life but,the kid on the right doesn't have all that and has to work to help his familly.
2.It makes me think how unfair it is for the kid on the right but the other is lucky.I feel so sad about the poor kid.
3.Well,the kid on the left is rich and has enough money to get things.I am like like the boy on the right, but I am not like the boy on the right because I can afford thtings but he can't.
4.None of them stood out to me.But I did notice how the boy on
the right was working very hard to get some money.
5.The light turned off.Normal music videos just finsh up the song.that is how this song is different.
6.It is hard for poor people to get money,it costs them more because they don't have enough money.
7.Consoles,cars,gas,electronic devices,special shoes etc.

1. The video that I just watched is about how hard life can be in different countrys. The video is also about how Lucky we are to have what we have.
2. This music video makes me think about how kids are used for laber. It also makes me think about how
we take stuff for granted
3. I can relate more to the kid on the left hand side because i go to school and i don't make shoe soles all day.
4. The songs lyrics make me think of the kids in a 3rd world country because they work with what they have and don't have control over there life. The kids have to make shoes all day when kids like me get to go to school and get any thing that we want.
5/6. At the end of the music video in white writing it said "some things coast more than you realise". Those words make me think that we take stuff for granted and for us in better countrys if we don't like a pair of shoes we don't have to have it,but a kid like that put there time into the shoe.
7. An example that is more than we realise is doing drugs. Somone very close to me just started to do pot when there strested. That realy hurt me to find that out so it hade a big affect on me.

1. The video is about two kids with different lives. One makes shoes and one wears them. The rich kid goes to school but the poor kid makes shoes and can't go to school.
2. This video makes me think about the kid's evil parents and slavery. The kid on the left has an education but the kid on the right does not.
3. My grandmother was forced to live in the country because the city could not feed all the people. She could not go to school and must work 7 days a week even though she have severe athma.
4. ALL I NEED. This lyric stands out because it educates us what we really need such as food and water.
5.At the end of the video, there was a line called some things cost more than you realize. The artist might have wrote that because it want's us to think.
6.

1. This video is about 2 boys. The 2 boys are in different worlds. One boy has a nice home with all the things we should be thankful for like food and tv, but sadly, the other boy is poor. He is poor and instead of going to school, he has to work for his family and make shoes. He dosen't have really clean clothing like the other boy's, but he has worn out and tattered clothing and barely has food.

2. To me, this video makes me sad. It's really sad that some kids go to school and others don't. I think we should be thankful for what we have because some kids don't have the things we have. The video is telling us not to be Picky on everything because a kid that is poor would long for anything we have.

3. The boy who is not poor is like me, he get's up in the morining see's his mother and gets breakfast right in front of him. The boy who makes shoes is different from me because I have what I need to survive and he dosen't everything he would long for. The connections I have with the poor boy is that when my mom was a child, she would work and go to school and she wouldn't take a penny from my grandmother to take the bus because she didn't want to use up my grandmothers momey.

4. The words "All I need" in the song stood out to me because thewords are telling you that you don't have to have everything. You don't have to have video games or alot of jewlery because you can survive without it. I think it is also telling you that you shouldn't things that are unncesscary.

5. Usually I don't see quotes in music videos. Music videos are mostly all about the celebrities sometimes, the music videos don't even make sense. In this video, it teaches you a lesson, to be thankful for what you have. Not all music videos are unpropriate, but this is an appropriate video.

6. This quote means sometimes things may cost more than you think they do. For example, in the video the boy that has a nice home has so many pencils and pens, but the boy that made shoes didn't have any. Sometimes, you may think just getting 1 or 2 things is not exspensive.

1.The video was about that children back then had to work harder compared to the children today.

2.The video made me think about slavery and racisam because the people then were to work all breaklessly.

3.the connections between me and the video is that in the people in the video mae shoes and I am wearing shoes now.

4."ALL I NEED" becuase we should be more than thankful for the things we have like having the chance to go to school, and haing a having a decent home e.t.c. and the people in the video doesn't have the chance of going to school or have a decent home so we are pretty lucky compared to them.

5.at the end of the video there was a quoet that said said SOME THINGS COST MORE THEN YOU REALIZE and it tells you something there for other music videos just show you songs.

1. The video is about two boys. One has to make shoes for a living and the other one does not have to work for a living. Also one does not go to school and does not have a good meal. The other one goes to school and has a good meal. Another reason is that one kid has a lot of stuff and the other kid has very little. So it is like one kid has a choice and the other one does not.

2.The music makes me think about what does one of the kid needs and what the other kid would need the most. I think this because of the music because the title is ALL I NEED. This is what the music makes me think about.

3. A connection with the kid in the first window is that I have school, cloths, food and a home. A connection with the other kid is i like to do things by myself. This is my connection.

4. The lyrics stood out to me because it does not really relate to the video well.

Question 1 and Question 2:This music video made me feel more aware of whats going around the world. Most of us live in a clean environment but what happens to kids that don't?When I saw this video I saw that theres more life then what you see around you. Most of the time I notice what happens around our school but I never realised how life in other schools were.In this video it kinda showed 2 seperate kids going along with thier lives. One showed an average boy going to school while another showed what looks like a poor boy working in a shoe factory. This also made me think that not everyone has an easy life like us,and that we should be grateful for what we had and to not take things for granted.
Question 3 and Question 4:I can connect to the boy who went to school, because I didn't get the experience of working in a sweat shop. For one reason,me and the boy both go to school and don't usually see that what we have and somtimes take things for granted. Its not like we don't realise these things, but sometimes when your having so much fun,you forget everything. One song lyric or quote that stood out to me was "some things cost more than you realise" beause to me it had a big meaning and affect when I read it.

#2.It make me look sad and im sorry at the boy at the right.

#3.The boy on the left is a bit because I have food, school, money and toys.

#4.

#5.A sentens it is diffrent because you learn something.

1.The video talks about how two children live two diffrent lifes.
For example one of the children in the video goes to school and the other has to work.
2.The video makes me think about child labour because one of the kid's were working in a factory .
3.Some connections I can make are that the kid goes to school and so do I and another connection is that some times I work at my house too like the kid in the video
4. You are all I need I am in the middle of the picture.
5.In the end it kind of means that it takes a day for one child to make a pair of shoes and it also has a quote which is not usual.
6.People take things for granted and they dont realise how much time and work was put into it.
7.Paper , because people dont realise that there has lots of effert put into making it and people just throw it away and take it for granted.

1.I saw that the two boys were all enjoying and hating their normal everyday life. One boy is rich and one is poor and they share the same expieriences except one is less fortunate and one is too spoiled.

2.It makes me think about how theier lives are and it makes me feal more fortunate to have the shoes and food that I have today. also it helps me enjoy life more and it is really inspiring.

3.One boy lives in a house and goes to school like me and one boy has to work hard for the things he has and it also shows he's determined like me. He works hard and enjoy's what he has. I am more like the rich kid with the big house. I'm like him because he dosn't think about life around him.

4.One thing I heard was that"I'm an animal, traped in your cage." this stood out to me because it seems interesting that when they sang this they showed an animal on the T.V and the child is shown on the right. this means he wants to escape but can't.

5.There was a message to show what the meaning is and it shows how the kids end their day. This way they show how they live and how they live their lives compared to ours.

6.i think they meant that we buy shoes but who made them. It's like we enjoy life but they can't. We buy things at the store but they might be making it. This would mean we can afored life and freedom but they can't. So we won't realise what we are actually using or buying.

7.I think one thing is that we enjoy school but some kids can't go to school because they don't have enough money and supplies to go. so that is why we have enjoy life for what it is.

1. Half the screen shows a normal boy the other half shows a bunch of young kids working.

2. It makes me think that the working kids are poor so theire parents make them go to work too so they can make enough money. And that it's child labour.

3. The normal kid goes to school and has a regular day like me. The other kid is a little bit like me because I do chores, but not a lot lke me.

4. The title because because it's called "All I Need" because the kid on the right of the screen needs to go to school, he needs to stop working, and he needs a good life.

5. I'ts different because it has different perspectives of 2 different lives and children. For each side it is normal for that child. At the end it says "some things cost more than you realize"

6. At the end of the video it shows the normal boys shoe and it shows the finished shoe that the poor kid made, so it means that a shoe that someone uses everyday takes a lot of time and labour into it.

7. To be continued......

1.They have two characters they are very different one has a good life one has bad life. The one has good life have bed, coulthings to wear,he has a good teacher,he and a family who care about him! But the one had bad life had on bed to sleep,he don't have good coulthing,he don't have a family that cares about him.The good life boy have pencil to draw and write. The bad life boy need to work everyday. And that good life boy had good thing to eat but the boy had bad life is eating the not really good things.

2. It make me think about: that the first time I came to Canada there is no people was plying with so I see the other people play with thire friends I felt the some as the boy had bad life.

1.This video is about how some poor children get child labour and they don't go to school, they have to work for a living. The poor children work 24 7 just to make a simple item such as shose that us middle-class children wear on a daily bases and we don't even think about the work put in to acomplish something so simple like shoes.the screen is cut in half to show how different the two lives are. The fanily to the right have nothing but the family to the left is much more fourtunet and has education and all the opposite of the kid on the right.

2. My thoghts about this music vidio is mostly what I put in question 1.Some kids are less fourtunete then us and we have to be thankfull for allthe things we have.

3. A conection that I have to this music video is that I have the experience to go to school and I know you are treated with respect and you get the edgucation you need to become a secsecefull person in your life.

5. At hte end of this music video it says" some things coast sore then they seem". Usualy music videos dont have aporpus but this one is trying to proove a point.

1.I watched a wealty kid and a poor kid on each half. The poor kid was working on making shoes and the wealty kid was going to school.

2.It makes me think about how hard this poor kid works to make money and the wealty kid acts arrogent and ungrateful.

3.I can mostly connect to the wealty kid because we both live the same lifestyle and don't work to make money.

4.I think that the title i called all i need because the kid needs some freedom and needs to be a kid not an adult

5.At the end the wealthy kid took of his shoes and on the other half the poor kidd was making a shoe.

6.They say that because some people don't care how their shoe was made but aslong as they have the shoe their satisfied. The poor kids life is embedded in the shoe.

1.The two characters's life are very different. One is good,he have fun all the time, and he have parents, family. One is bad,he need to work all day long, and he don't have parents, family. One are sleep at a bed,one sleep at the floor!one have friends to play with, have fun,one are work all day,no friends, never have fun.

2.It make me think about:if you have family, friend, toys, fun,do you think about another kids?Maybe so many kids need to do work all day long, but ther don't want to do it!They can't chooes, what they do!

1. I just watched the lives of two other boys one was an ordinary boy that has money goes to school has money and the other boy is poor and works to live for money.
2. This video makes me feel guilty on putting on shoes and for mistreating other things because we see how hard these kids work.
3. I relate to the normal boy because we both take many things for granted and we really never think of the work the people put in it.
4.The lyrics that stand out to me was "i am an aninmal," because we are the people making them do this. and we treat them like anamals when we are the aninmals cause we treat them like this

1.This video is about a kid workind for his freedom and on the other side the kid is just living the way that wealthy or middle class familys live like.

2.It makes me think about while im learning at school that kid from the video or any kid that suffers like that is probably working hard to help his or her family earn money so thats where I found a difference between me and people that are poor.

3.Usually at home I get bossed aroun by my brother so im connecting to the kid on the right side.I always have to work for my things for example I have to do what ever my brother tells me to do every thing he says and if I refuse he wont be nice to me or buy me games or anything.

4."Im trapped..." because I always feel like im trapped at home with no freedom.

5. At the end it has a mesegage and all of the words are related to the video.

6.All the things they do they always think it means nothin to them in the end.
