YOU COME TOO
A PARAGRAPH by: Jack, Room 105 - Miss Strecthberry
We were going for a drive and my father said, "We won't be gone long - You come too." And so I went and we drove and drove until we stopped at a red brick building with a sign in blue letters: ANIMAL PROTECTION SHELTER. And inside we walked down a long cement path past cages with all kinds of dogs. Big and small, fat and skinny, some of them hiding in the corner but most of them bark-bark-barking and jumping up against the wire cage as we walked past, as if they were saying, "Me! Me! Choose me! I'm the best one!" And that's where we saw the yellow dog standing against the cage with his paws curled around the wire and his long red tongue hanging out and his black eyes looking a little sad and his long tail wag-wag-wagging, as if he were saying, "Me me me! Choose me!" And we did. We chose him. And in the car he put his head against my chest and wrapped his paws around my arm as if he were saying, "Thank you thank you thank you." And the other dogs in the cages get killed dead if nobody chooses them.

We won't be gone long-
You come too

Mighty PS3 - A paragraph by David.
The mighty PS3 is extremely polished , the dark exterior appears so wonderful , power up the system and the PS3 won’t produce a sound like a spy . The PS3 disks are in Blue Ray format , the blue wave length is shorter than other colors so you can hold tremendous amount of data . Pop it inside the powerful beast and you will begin to enjoy the games and adore it ! With legendary hits such as Warhawk , Grand Theft Auto IV and Call of Duty 4 , you will care for your PS3 for years to come .

Spiro
A Poem by Spiro
There once was a young youth
who cherished activities.
For example superhero comic’s
and active living sports
such as hockey, and soccer.
But there was one
spectacular day
just one when he realized
how to be an outstanding
male gender boy.
Who then enjoyed
playing more healthy
and mature games.
For example foursquare
and basketball,
also this boy
developed to be an
established gentleman
. The boy turned out to be a guy named Spiro.
Buddy
A Paragraph by Josh
The royal blue minivan rapidly approached my long narrow driveway. My dad quickly hooped out of the car. There was a small dark specked dog with a pitch black head and one little white dot. I could see the joy in his eyes he was so excited to be in a home that cared for him. It was almost like he was crying “Let me inside”. I was terrified but I soon got to know Buddy, thats what we named him. To this day we adore Buddy.

A paragraph about my sister Bernice - by: Sarina
When my sister was born, I had to go to the hospital. I was walking through a long hall way, with colorful bulletin boards on the hall way walls. The floor was clean, and shinny too. It took me 5 minute to get to the room my mom was in, because I kind of got lost, it wasn’t my fault, I blame all the rooms, they all looked the same, but the colorful signs helped me, a little bite. When I got to the room, my sister was sleeping and my mom was eating her dinner. I think hospital food is kind of bad, because it looked like some kind of frozen food dinner thing in a box, that was put in the microwave, to be heated up. my mom was in the hospital for about 4 days I think, because she needed to check her blood pressure I think. but it was a good thing my mom went to the hospital a day early, because when she got to the hospital, and in an hour later, my sister was born to the world. She was about 6 or 8 pounds, she was puny, and she looked cute. But when my sister turned 1 month old, she got her head shaved bald. It was horrible! Her hair was all spiky After 3 months of horror her hair grew a little longer, and she also grew really large, and she looks like a over size baby.

The Hockey Game-a paragraph by Mohammad
It is the best game in hockey, a game seven in the Stanley cup finals. The home side’s arena is always sold out. The crowded arena is shaking every single electrifying second. When the home team scores the horn is always blaring loud. But nothing can compare to the noise the turbulent crowd makes when they score. Then suddenly everything goes silent because the hated away team scores. Everybody is either booing or just in utter disgust. Then later the home team scores again, people spill their drinks and buttred popcorn but,do not care at all, because they have a slim lead. Going into the final 3 minutes nobody can withstand sitting down during the most important time of the game. Then the home team scores a empty netter. Then the buzzer sounds and the home team has won the Stanley cup. The captain takes the glorious cup, raises it and then everybody goes berserk.

The Cheetah
A Paragraph by: Momin
From the murky amazon jungle lived a fierce, hungry cheetah hunting for lunch. Suddenly, the cheetah spotted a puny zebra enjoying a bit of grass. The cheetah bolted from beneath a massive bush and viciously devoured the helpless creature. The cheetah strolled away, satisfied with it’s meal.

A PET
A Paragraph by Vicky
Today, I’m going to the pet shop!!! When I went to the pet shop, I saw so many pets, like yellow dogs, little cats, white rabbits, orange fish, colorful birds, and so many. I don’t know which pet I should choose? The dogs are helpful, cats are so cute! I had a pet before,it was a bird,so I won’t choose birds. Fish are easy to feed, because I don’t need to worry about that, but I can’t take the fish outside! I saw the rabbits, they are so fuzzy! I think, and think, and think, and I choose a cute little white rabbit. When I was going home, I took the rabbit out of the cage, and I named her Pinky. When I call Pinky, she’ll come to my legs, and watch me.

Mysterious - A Paragraph by Yang
The tiger was hiding beside the bush saving himself from threat, from fear. What scares the tiger expect himself. Then there are movements of copy. The jungle is a colossal, for which way is it coming from. Is it big, is it small? Then tiger rises, he faces his fear. He comes face with this threatening beast. Turns out to be his clone. Gazing in the water staring at itself. It wasn’t so scary after all compared to what’s behind him.......

KEEPING SECRETS AMONGST FRIENDS
( Paragraph by Rachel )
I was gazing at the black cement top , when some of my friends came with their brand new customized S.U.V. They said “ come , lets have a party “ . I prefered not to but the way the awsome car kept looking and callling at me changed my mind . They urged me a bit more until I finally gave up and went . We came to a sudden death stop
near a creepy looking jail house and thats when I figured out that we weren’t going to a party but were going to bail someone out . We entered the death terrifying place and saw none other then our math teacher ! He mumbled something that sounded like regrets that we came , but we didn’t know , cause the next thing that happened was that we were out in the cold mystical breeze and were gazing at the remains of the customized car which technacilly was now an enlarged slithering snake that looked like it was saying SCAMPER , I’M AFTER YOU ! I was persisting my friends to tell me what actually happened , but all that came out was a screeching coice that said “ nothing Ryan “ and that ended in a evil cackle ...

Apple Blossoms- a paragraph by: Lillian
As I paced down the smooth sidewalk on a spring day going to the grocery store, I came across a beautiful tree with pink flowers. Japanese apple blossoms. The tiny light pink blossoms fell down from the tree as if it was raining flowers. The feeling of beauty and grace spread across me. Mixed emotions. The bright pink blossoms came down to the dark green grass floating with grace. As I watched these charming little flowers, I felt like I was falling down gracefully with them. Nothing could bother us because all there was, was peace and quiet with the faint sound of the wind. Finally, I stopped floating with my little flower companions. I turned back to the pathway and started heading to the grocery store, knowing that I would come across this grace and beauty once again.

Basketball: A paragraph by: Rahul
I was playing in the large gym,the orange basketball, bounced on the wooden court, the ball moving, back and forth. My head is up,the ball is low,I changed my pace. Ran and stopped, I jumped and released a shot. The ball soared through the air before hitting the rim. The ball rolled around and then went in. I got the ball back. I faked right and went left, my opposition left behind me, I elevated and pumped, I was bumped from behind. I forced a shot and the lay-up went in. I had won the game and went home to rest. I turned on the TV sat on the couch, I relaxed my back had a slouch. Basketball, Basketball, a great game. Basketball, basketball if I didn’t have it I wouldn’t be the same.

My Cat at Dinner a paragraph by Caroline
Everyday when I’m eating dinner my cat constantly gives a high short yelp as in to say FEED ME. So mom or I quickly walk downstairs to get the trays with little bits of non eaten cat food. The person who is feeding the hungry cats quickly empties the little bits of non eaten cat food into the kitchen trash can as the youngest cat looks up as if saying HURRY UP. After we are done that we go down the steep stairs to the deep sink in the laundry room. The young cat stares at use on the chipped floor or on the cloths washer as if to say WHAT ARE YOU DOING. When we are finished and filled the cup in the tray my cat gulps up her seafood cat food. Now she is satisfied.

Andy#0 Basketball
A paragraph by Andy
Preparing for the gym to play the sport I like. I dashed through the hard wood floor and reached for the ball. I line myself to the rim and stare at it blankly. I release the ball from my hand and here I am hoping, hoping for the best while the ballspirals through the air and tries to go through the rim. The ball jiggles and wiggles on the rim and it bounces in after foever waiting. I snatch the ball and set my feat then I start searching, seaching for a way to make my game better.

THE RUBY FLOWER
(poem by Mahnoor)
My mom planted
a small beautiful ruby flower
in are front yard.
Its growing or expanding bigger
everyday
and is changing its color
from a darker color
to lighter one.
Its as sparkling bright
as the sun.
Its established planted
by the big maple tree
which has orange leaves.
People stop by to look at it
I water it every day
so it could rear
I shrub more flowers near by it
but the ruby one stands out the most
I use to sit outside to glance at it
but one day i came back from school
and it wasn’t there
some one killed it.
I was sad now i always
tell everyone not to pick flowers.

On mothers day my mom drove me to my grandma’s enormous house. We devoured the sort rice, spicey curry, moist chicken, and crispy fish for lunch. We also drove to East Side Mario’s where I ordered a juicy seafood linguine with pink shrimp, and tender scallops. that is what I did for mothers da y.

KITTENS
( Paragraph by Britney , revised and been improved by a friend )
A sad, lonely and an unloved stay cat on my street spotted this nice looking house near the corner. And once she spottted this cozy looking house, she liked it, and once she liked it she began wandering around and soon enough found a small house that would keep her warm and provide her shelter for the rest of the day. The next day, I came and expected her to be sleeping, but instead I saw a few kittens. There was one,two,three,four...five,FIVE kittens. They were sooo cute and tiny that I could place them on the palm of my hand and they wouldn't fall. I would have tries the mother but I was afraid if I did she would scratch me till I was shriveled up. And besides the mother wasn't there but was probally near. I looked at them carefuly and would have saw what anyone would, but even though they were gray and white I knew they were unique as a flower and maybe one day they would live a happy life where they would roam free and have as much shelter and food they needed.
